Iberica Villas was founded with the aim of completely relieving property owners in the region of Javea (Spain) so that they can actually enjoy their dream home on the Costa Blanca to the fullest and that their investment yields optimal returns.
Through personal experiences with real estate in the Netherlands and in Spain, we ourselves have found that service levels in Spain are not always the same as in Northern Europe. In addition, we regularly heard from friends, relatives, parents at school and other property owners in the Javea area that they had the same kind of experiences with property management and rental in Spain.
We are convinced that things can (and should) be different and, for that main reason, have established a property management firm where the client truly comes first. We believe in taking care of everything from A-Z so that the client can actually enjoy his/her property in Spain and know that everything is well taken care of. Only property that is well managed and maintained retains its value and gives an owner peace of mind.
We have built an excellent network of local professionals who are reliable, keep appointments and deliver excellent work as agreed upon beforehand. For example: plumbers, electricians, landscapers, cleaners, handymen, et cetera. This network is absolutely essential for effective service to our clients. We are also able to advise our clients more broadly. These include legal guidance for estates, purchase guidance, return & investment analysis, et cetera.

Iberica Villas has an exclusive focus on the Costa Blanca North region and specifically Javea, Moraira and Denia.
We believe that in property management it is crucial to have a local presence, to know the area well and to be able to be on site quickly (even in case of emergencies). Hence, we focus entirely on Javea and immediate surroundings (max 45 minutes drive).
