We founded Iberica Villas after experiencing firsthand that things often work differently in Spain compared to Northern Europe. Service levels in Spain are not always the same as we are used to in Northern Europe. Additionally, we regularly heard from friends, family, school parents, and other property owners in the Javea region that they had similar experiences with property management in Spain.
We are convinced that it can (and should) be different, and for that primary reason, we established a property management office where the customer truly comes first. We believe in complete care from A to Z so that the customer can genuinely enjoy their property in Spain, knowing that everything is well taken care of. Only well-managed and maintained real estate retains its value and provides peace of mind for the owner.
