We offer the following types of services, always focusing on the client’s needs and happy to provide customized services:
Key management (during absence)
If you are absent yourself, you can deposit your own keys with us (or drop off a set of spare keys with us) so that they are safely stored when you are not there yourself. They can also be used if necessary, for example, in case of maintenance of the property, a weekly check of your property, tenants/guests arriving, in case someone has locked themselves out, the keys have been lost, an emergency, et cetera.
Property and absence management
If you only use your vacation home for a few weeks or a few months a year, there is a long period of vacancy to overcome. For many property owners, it is reassuring and a nice idea to have a trusted and familiar person visit the property regularly and check for defects. Examples include checking for leaks, moisture problems, airing/ventilation, plumbing flushing, burglary prevention, mail collection, etc.
Rental management
If the property is temporarily rented out to guests once in a while, we can make sure that this is done in good order and that the property - after the period of rental - is also handed back 'spick and span'. Consider welcome package, check-in and reception of guests, local contact person in case of emergencies, check-out, final cleaning, laundry/linen service, etc.
Real estate purchase assistance
Searching, selecting and finding your dream home (that really meets all your specific needs) on the Costa Blanca North by yourself is quite a complicated and time-consuming process without a local network and expertise. Although there is a very large online offer of properties to be found on the website Idealista, the listings are often not up to date (and non-exclusive). In short, guidance in this process is definitely recommended.
Reforms / Project management
A property in Spain by no means always fully meets all your needs right away. You may have found your dream villa, however, the kitchen is considerably dated or the bathrooms are outdated. Also, for example, the pool may be too small a size or the tiles in the garden may not be your taste. These are just a few examples where a small or large remodel or renovation can help you actually realize your dream home.
Inheritance & settlement
In the event of death, you want to have everything properly arranged in advance. Of course, no one wants to burden his/her children or other family members with an estate that has not been prepared, or only partially prepared. What happens to your home if you die unexpectedly? Should your home perhaps be sold (and if so with which broker and on what terms)? For example, what will happen to your car or dog?
Javea introduction day & tour
We receive many questions about real estate in Javea, good schools, taxes, desirable neighborhoods, etc. For those seriously interested, we have organized a day program for 1-on-1 guidance/coaching/tour. During this program, we will cover all these topics, visit various neighborhoods, schools, and properties, and discuss the pros and cons of different options.
Exclusive airport service guests
We understand better than anyone that guests or tenants want to be received well and warmly, and that often starts with the arrival at the airport. Since we focus on the Costa Blanca North region, this would involve the airports of Alicante or Valencia. To completely unburden you and your guests, we offer an exclusive airport service where we receive your guests at the arrival hall of the airport.
